This is a very difficult time for all of us and it can be particularly trying for small business-people. As you have undoubtedly heard, the federal government has just passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act to provide some relief. Importantly, the CARES Act provides $350 billion in potentially forgivable federally guaranteed loans to small businesses.
